I'm going to guess 1990's as it has the combined EMD Diesel Division logo on the ends of the pen/pencil. Pen was made by Quill. I will be listing a number of pens this week, all from different era's. Pens were a popular gift to RR executives and EMD typically used premium suppliers. I will gladly combine shipping but I ask that you first place the items in your cart and then request an invoice.
