Doc Holliday was a dentist, gunslinger, gambler, son of Confederate Army Major, victim of tuberculosis. A genuine killer of men, faster than sight with a nickel-plated 45, knife thrower, heavy drinker, artist with foul language, user of sawed-off shotgun and saver of Wyatt Earp's Life, blaster of men in OK Corral gun battle in Tombstone, Arizona in 1882. He died in bed with his boots off of tuberculosis. This magazine features the Gunslingers of the Old West - with story and illustrations by Lea Franklin McCarty. There are 9 black and white sketches and 11 color pictures (including the cover picture of Doc Holliday.) There is also a nice photo of the Lea Franklin McCarty.
