Description: Odd Fellows Collar. Lodge No. 211. Fraternal. IOOF Relatively new collar in excellent condition. Strong visual design featuring lodge no, stars and three-links symbol of the Odd Fellows. Design is thread-stitched. Fringe and tassels are heavy yarn. Collar is joining by a silver metal emblem of the Odd Fellows with wording reading "WE COMMAND YOU TO VISIT THE SICK, RELIEVE THE DISTRESSED, BURY THE DEAD AND EDUCATE THE ORPHANS." Emblem has a small hook on the bottom from which to hang another badge or jewel. The reverse side of the collar is lined and in excellent condition. Reverse side of the silver emblem includes the name of the manufacturer, "V.H. BLACKINTON CO.". The collar lining also has the manufacturer's label reading "THE CINCINNATI REGALIA COMPANY, CINCINNATI, OHIO LODGE SUPPLIES & UNIFORMS" and below that a label reading "REC. SECRETARY".
