They are CenterTapped to give you the option of wiring them in,close to the traditional ohm reading of roughly 10K ohms, or,the HIGH output wire configuration.The HIGH wiring has an ohm reading or about 19K - These are what I use on my build to play out.Normally on the High wiring.Sounds super, with nice power. Your original mounting screws should be all you need, dependingon the depth of the pup cutout in the body.You may find that you need a different length screw.If thats the case, be careful when mounting or modifying your bass.
