One of the major inspirations to his call back to duty is talented local vocalist Jaye Anthony. Jaye was a huge fan of the Afrowax sound as a youth and when it came time to record his own music, he had only one producer in mind. It took Anthony a couple of months to run him down and hand deliver his demo. Jaye's idea for his debut album was inspired by the work of Daft Punk and how they influenced his own original music. Needless to say, the Phat one was duly impressed and informed the young lion that he was "all in." The duo even worked up a modern take on the Daft Punk gem "One More Time" and used it to kick off the album's track sequence.
