Description: This is a gorgeous boutique party dress from Pippa & Julie. The empire waist dress is black tulle netting with black sequins and dotted ivory appliques over an ivory satin lining. There is a black velvet band at the waist with a black satin and tulle flower with a clear gem center and tulle ribbons that tie in the back. There are three buttons in the back for easy dressing. The dress is completely lined and has a tulle ruffle for added fullness. My photos don't do this beautiful dress justice. Size 2T and fits true to size. I removed the size tas since it caused my daughter to itch. Measurements are: Length (shoulder seam to hem) - 21.5", Waist - 20", Shoulder to Waistband - 7". My daughter only wore this once for birthday pictures. It is in excellent, like new condition. It has been professionally cleaned and has no tears or stains.
