She at first disregards Quasar as he has no power of his own, it emanates from his wrist-weapons. She only decides that he is a worthy potential mate when he displays impressive control of his power and resourcfulness in catching Her, also a great deal of honor when he defends her against a jealous Moondragon and a mind-controlled Jack of Hearts. When every other person she attached a cocoon to attempts to either remove or otherwise destroy their cocoon, she chooses Quasar as he has shown that all life is important to him. As a compromise to Quasar, Her removes the cocoon but decides that her destiny lies with him. Note: The cover is an homage to the October 1991 Vanity Fair issue with Demi Moore.
