The box says there is 12 overview cards, the manual says 8 action/turns cards so I am not sure if 1, 3 or more cards are missing. I believe this could be played as is with 2 players only. I am not familiar with this game so for that reason, it is sold as is non-refundable for parts and pieces.There is nothing more than what is in the photos.No other parts are included unless specifically stated.
