Description: Nice model of the Republic XR-12 Rainbow. The aircraft was built towards the end of WW2 as a high altitude high speed recon aircraft, but the war ended before it could be produced. Very refined aerodynamics made this a sleek aircraft. This is a big model and has a wingspan of 24” with a Republic Aviation patch on the base.
