Description: SERBIA SERBIAN NATIONAL BANK - СРПСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА UNITED STATES OF SERBIAСАВЕЗ СРПСКИХ ЗЕМАЉА1993 * PROPAGANDA MONEY 100 Srbijanka 08.03.1993 aUNC *PNL Purple and yellow, 159x69 mm, with the inscription "Union SERBIAN countries. " This edition is very rare because it was not in the numismatic circulation as other releases of this series. It was accompanied by a kind of advertising in a less known Belgrade magazine. On the obverse is also a personification of Serbia with a shield and sword and the portrait of St.. Save. The reverse is Chilandar Serbian monastery on Mount Athos in Greece. In Serbia and Montenegro, there was a significant "movement" for the secession from Yugoslavia, or for "national independence". However, here too there has been a publishing phenomenon fantasy banknotes in early 1990. They can be considered as a souvenir editions with a pretty strong advertising performance. These "bank notes" were published Rajko Stekovic; and Radomir Vergovic, both issues - for Serbia and Montenegro - are printed in Uzice. Propaganda Banknote offered here for sale in denominations of 100 Srbijanka is extremely rare because it was printed in a print run of only 4000 pieces, and as such attached to the political magazine POGLED (Wiew) as propaganda advertising bill. The magazine POGLED had just enough approximation run from 4000 - 5000 pieces. Readers of this magazine, of course, were not numismatist and most of these notes is forever destroyed, or only a small amount saved. How much of them were preserved in nice quality (VF/XF) as this one here? My guesswork, no more than 200-250 pieces!How many of that number are in this quality?
