Description: This signed Sandy Koufax 8x10 photo is a true gem for any baseball fan or collector. The photo features an authentic signature from the legendary pitcher. What makes this item even more special is the rare Jewish/Hebrew "Mazel Tov" inscription he made out to a fan, who like Koufax was Jewish. I purchased this directly from the gentleman who had Koufax sign it for him 20+ years ago as a special request. I’ve been collecting Koufax items for 20+ years and I have never seen or even heard of him signing this for anyone else. Koufax inscriptions are not overly common, and they do command significant premiums when they are added. A very unique / oddball Koufax signature and likely the only one of its kind. Will be shipped w/ no frame to avoid damage. Note- photo is affixed to the matte and will require some effort to remove (but can certainly be done). Or can be re-framed as-is. I don’t want to mess with it too much.
