Six (6) Factory Sealed 1986 Topps Traded Baseball Sets Tape Intact LOADED! READ!

Description: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY! It is important. (Besides, I get paid by the word. Don't I wish!) This is a Buy It Now listing for six factory sealed 1986 Topps Traded baseball sets. The sets came from a sealed case of 100 sets that I have had for 38 years. The sets are in pristine condition--even the original tape is intact! I plan to sell only 24 more of these sets. The other 76 sets in the case will be inherited by my four children--along with my four factory sealed cases. It's funny. Recently, I saw someone selling a case for $20,000. That's $200 per set. (Wait until I tell my kids!) My price is LESS THAN $60 PER SET. Maybe, that is why I have sold two of these lots recently. When I went to sports card shows in the mid -1980s to early 1990s, the only traded sets I ever bought were sealed cases of 1986 Topps traded baseball sets and sealed cases of 1989 Topps traded football sets. (I have a sealed case of the extremely rare 1989 Topps traded football sets currently on eBay. The 1986 Topps traded baseball sets contain, as you probably know, the rookie cards of Barry Bonds, Jose Canseco and Bo Jackson. Now, I cannot pretend that this is a short printed product, but it ain't that easy to find factory sealed sets as it was 25 or 30 years ago. Remember, this product is 38 years old. Like all my listings, I have priced this to sell. And like all my listings, ALL my prices are fair. They HAVE to be--for one simple reason. This is how I have to earn a living the last 28 years, including the last 24 years on eBay. That means I have to sell my items in a timely manner. Otherwise, I am likely to hear my wife say something like this: "Hey, Jerry, when are you going to make a deposit at the bank?" Fortunately for our marriage, that has not happened that often the past 28 years. I firmly believe that the potential investment appeal of this set will grow steadily over the next 5 to 15 years. I regularly see single sets on eBay currently selling for as high as $100 each and regularly going for $70 to $90. MY price for ALL SIX SETS IS $348.88. That is less than $60 per set. It's a good deal, but only if you want it. (One of the reasons I think the future is bright for this set is eventually Barry Bonds--arguably the most feared hitter in baseball history--will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. It won't happen in the next few years, but I am convinced most of the great players from the steroid era--including Bonds, Clemens and McGwire--will be enshrined in Cooperstown.
