I would buy again Rated by Hollywoods7 on May 22, 2018 Summary: Same problem wiht spindles not fitting over after market axel you will have to go to a machine shop and make them fit. And I got the 2 inch dropped tie rod ends and with the drag link they will not have enough clearance under the leafs. I talked to the techs, i do have videos on you tube of the install. Truck sits great, but had to rework to make fit. Rated by Racer9x on June 15, 2017 Summary: I put this on my 1951 F-1, Would have taken about 3 hours, but...... The U-bolt holes were a bit to small for my U-bolts to fit through, I opened them up, no big deal. When installing the spindles I found that the axle ends were to tall and needed to machine down about 10 to 15 thousands. When all done, it dropped the truck 3" total, looks great. Workmanship needs improvement. The machining quality of the axle ends could have been better. I had to have the axle ends re-machined so the spindles would fit over the ends. Maybe a "second pass" or "spring pass" is in order when machining the ends. Seems to be aligned right, so I dont think Ill have to take the truck to the shop for an alignment.. For the money not a bad piece, but I wish it would have come with u bolts included.
