Description: for sale here is a very good , very very lightly used and actually very rarely seen hardy marquis no. 7 disc trout fly fishing reel , rear drag , left or right wind , 2 screw drum release , reversible solid nickel silver lineguard , the disc range were one size bigger then the standard marquis models so the no 7 is the same size as a standard no. 8/9 which is 3 + 5.8ths , comes with original paper instructions , all fully stripped checked and ready to use...very nice sought after very very good condition reel , pretty much 99% paint intact as can be seen , issue no. 866 , all items are posted as soon as paid , please see my other hardy reels... if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reel obviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
