"Fire from Heaven Prelude: Part 1 of 3", script by Warren Ellis, pencils by Randy Green, inks by Bob Wiacek, John Tighe, Mark Irwin, and Richard Friend; The issue begins with the Bounty Hunters entering the Sword's castle, telling him that they have failed to obtain the qeelocke, and begs the Sword not to kill them; Then he pulls out his sword and shoots energy at them, and Damocles enters the room and tells him that Sigma killed his family and the qeelocke is now of secondary importance, and exits; In London, the Sword and the Bounty Hunters kill people and finds a map on one of the skeletons; Meanhwile, on Gamorra Island, Kaizen tests a Sigma clone by injecting the Gen-Factor. 36 pgs., full color.
