Description: This intriguing record covers a lot of musical ground, anchored by McDuff's great jazz organ. The addition of Benny Golson's sensational big band sounds almost 1940s swing at times (Jersey Bounce is literally a 40s song); other numbers are more grounded in classic 60s jazz. Still others sound like movie soundtrack music--including a very romantic take on "If Ever I Would Leave You" from Camelot. High energy, fun music and a lot of variety. Both vinyl and jacket here are VG. Vinyl plays very well overall with occasional light surface noise, no other issues. Jacket has a cutout corner and some age discoloration/general wear. We send LPs via USPS media mail, very safely packed. We can send up to 5-6 albums in one box, at base $6 shipping price plus $1 for each additional disc. We play test most of our albums and our grading reflects that. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
