Good+ condition with mild fading along spine, a chip on the bottom edge of top board and wear to the corners. Pencil inscription on front paste down has been completely removed. Two small brown spots on front end papers with multiple spots on half title spread (photo 3) o/w the text and illustrations are clean throughout. No tears of hinge cracks. Great vintage doll stories from the early 20th century.
