Description: First Revised Edition, 1927 (503 pages). From the Raymond H. Massey Collection. Raymond Hart Massey was a Canadian actor, later American (8/30/1896-7/29/1983). In 1940, he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for his lead role in "Abe Lincoln in Illinois". The book is in very good condition. It has a solid spine. The pages are clean and flat, but slightly yellowed. On the page with the Massey Collection decal and Appleby College emblem (inside front cover), the numbers in upper right hand corner are written in pencil. There is also some kind of rust color marking on the back cover on the right side near the spine. See photos regarding condition.
