Peppers are a common ingredient in many regional recipes. Once the pepper is harvested, it is dried out and smoked prior to use. “Nice taste of capsicum combined with a light smoky flavour”Thunder Mountain Longhorn chilli is a C. Annuum variety. The plant grows to about 75 cm in a pot and produces some of the longest chillies we ever have seen. Once you dehydrate them, they have a nice taste of capsicum combined with a light smoky flavor.Sow seeds in flats or pots 8 to 10 weeks prior to the expected outdoor planting date. Sow them shallowly, around 1/4 inch deep. Hot peppers, and especially super-hot peppers, have a well-earned reputation for being finicky to germinate, but you can increase germination rates by providing bottom heat (highly suggested).
