It is a dark gold tone metal buckle from the NRA back in the 80s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 2.3 oz.
