Please do not complain to me about customs delays or fees charged as these are both out of my control and have nothing to do with me. Local authorities can hold letters at their own discretion. If your letter is held for a fee, and you decide not to comply with local customs authorities and have the letter returned, the items can be refunded after they have been received back in full. Postal charges will not be refunded however. 5. POSTAGE PERIODS: International letters will not be sent after the end of the first week of December. UK letters will not be posted after 10 days before Christmas. If you make a purchase during this period you must wait until after 3rd January for your letter to be posted. There are often long delays during this period so it is best to avoid it.Postage delivery times are also often delayed over public holidays such as the week either side of the Easter weekend so please be patient during these times.
