The stencil is made from very high quality acrylic vinyl with tacky backing, which in layman's terms means its re-usable! It is being sold to do one helmet which is two uses, one on each side of the helmet! However, we have been using one of these stencils on several helmets and it is still going strong, that's how durable it is! Notice how there are 'ticks' at the 3, 6, 12 and 9 o'clock positions, this is so that you can decide which battalion you want to use the decal for - 1st, 2'd or 3'd Battalion or HQ Company. It can be used with either hand paint or spray paint. Be aware this is not a 'stick on' or 'water transfer' decal, it is a stencil template for you to use to paint your stencil.
