It is a factory made dress, but the designer label has been cut out of the garment. It features ruffles down the side hips, tulle accordion pleating at the front, and is fully lined. This item is in great condition for being 70 years old. There is one small hole in the tulle, please see photos. I wouldn't even bother repairing it, as it is not noticeable when worn. This item will need a freshing up at the drycleaners, and then will be ready to wear. It is beyond beautiful....haven't seen one like this in the very long time! Painting not included in auction.
