The Top point comes off and looks like the sides had pieces that attatched to the sides but are no longer present. The Key holes when the key is inserted into the left winds. the one on the right is stiff and does not move. Not sure if it is a problem or is fully turned. When I start them pendulum the clock ticks and hands move for about 5 mins and then it stops. I do not know why. When i made the hands pass the bottom half hour it chimed and also on the hour. the door does latch and the glass is intact. as you see comes with the pendulum and key.
