Description: Vintage 3 Lb. 12 Oz. 'Junk' Axe for Repair or Restore. I call it that because a former owner severely misshaped an eye in removing an old handle, see pics. Whether this can be heated and restored is up to you. Ax Head itself measures 7 1/2" wide and has an undamaged sharp 4 1/2" edge. It's mushroomed a bit but this can be taken care of when it's repaired. The GOOD eye measures 2 1/4" x 3/4". It's rust free and has been lightly oiled for protection.
