Description: There are some stains on the front. Other than that, it's in great vintage condition. There is a stitched line along the hem -I'm not sure why it's there. The size tag is faded. Please see the photos and measurements. When laying flat, the waist measures 11 inches. When flat, the hip area measures 16.5 inches.
