Description: Vintage Embossed KEEN KUTTER Hatchet Hewing Camp Logger Woodsman Lumberjack Axe. Up for purchase is a vintage EC Simmons Keen Kutter embossed broad head hewing hatchet with an approximate overall length of 15" by 5 3/4" wide by a 1 1/16" thickness. Please review the accompanying photographs as they are a large part of the overall description and can show the condition of the hatchet better than I can describe it. NOTE: This is a vintage piece that has been used in a prior life. It was manufactured prior to 1940, so it's going to have some nicks, chips and scratches to be expected. I tried to take very detailed photos to show any and all imperfections. I wouldn't want anyone to invest in such a piece and be disappointed.
