Scratches and slight rust due to age and use. The welds are broke on one of the rings on the fan guard. The fan runs but does not oscillate (see video). THE PLUG NEEDS REPLACED - WIRES AND SCREWS EXPOSED. Tested & Works. See photo's for exact item & condition. The fan blades do rotate and would make a fabulous piece of vintage decor.
