Description: VINTAGE GERMAN HALLOWEEN JACK O LANTERN- ACCORDION TOP- PRESSED CARDBOARD- 1920s OFFERED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A RARE VINTAGE GERMAN HALLOWEEN JACK O LANTERN FROM THE 1920s OR 30s WITH ORIGINAL ACCORDION TOP. IT IS USED AND DOES HAVE FLAWS. IT HAS ORIGINAL FACIAL INSERT ALTHOUGH IT DOES HAVE SOME TEARS TO MOUTH AND IS FRAGILE SIMPLY BECAUSE OF AGE. THE BOTTOM HAS SOME TEARS, PROBABLY FROM ORIGINAL CANDLE BEING BURNED. IT MEASURES 2.75" IN HEIGHT WITHOUT ACCORDION TOP BEING STRETCHED UP, 4.5" WITH ACCORDION OPENED, AND 2.5" IN WIDTH AND DEPTH. IT HAS OVERALL MINOR AGE WEAR AND STAINS. I BELIEVE HIM TO BE GERMAN MADE AND CIRCA 1920s. I HAVE PICTURED HIS FLAWS, SO PLEASE VIEW ALL FLAWS AS THEY ARE PART OF HIS DESCRIPTION. EVEN WITH FLAWS, HE IS A VERY HARD TO FIND AND GREAT GERMAN LANTERN THAT DOES NOT COME ALONG VERY OFTEN, AND WOULD ENHANCE ANY COLLECTION. 034 Payment must be received within 3 days of close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
