Embroidered front and back with birds, handwoven natural white cotton huipil (a poncho style shirt worn by Guatemalan men and women) with ingenious multicolored bird design, predominantly in blue & green. Tattered edges, frayed hem, a few holes need patching, some of the embroidery has unraveled—see photos. This is a fantastic-looking piece for wearing OR FRAMING, with or without repair.
