Description: I bought this little stove new sometime around the early 70's. It never gave me a moments trouble the whole 8-10 months I used it to cook my meager meals on the small sailing sloop I lived on at the time. (boat had no galley) Haven't used it since except to fire it up once in a while just to bring back fond memories. It still works perfect as when new. All parts are included that came with it new. The little alcohol primer tin missed the photo session but is included. It did leak at the lid, gasket being dried out. Can provide picture of it if desired. Thinking the tarnish to the brass might lend to it's value, but it will polish up like new with some effort if desired. I am surprised at all the similar stoves on the market. Don't know the difference between Pirmus and Optimus but they look so much the same. This stove made in Sweden looks almost identical to one made in Germany by another name.
