The set includes four round custard cups or bowls, made of durable and versatile glass. The cranberry glass production style adds a pop of color to any table setting, and the oven and microwave safe features make it easy to use and care for. PYREX glass is a type of borosilicate glass composed of approximately 80% silica, 13% boric oxide, 4% alumina, and 3% from alkali and alkaline earth oxides. Pictures 19 and 20 show (1) small 1 in scratch in one bowl and another has a 2 in scratch in the bottom of the 2nd bowl. Still all containers are in very good condition. Each piece in this set has a unique diameter and height, with a width of 5 inches and a depth of 2 inches. The vintage design and late 20th century era make it a great addition to any collection. Hand wash only is recommended for care instructions. This PYREX bowl set is an original set made in Corning, NY USA. and it weighs 10 oz or 288 g.
