It is in fair used condition. Has dirt/dust, spotty rust, spotty coating loss, and scratches. It is missing one screw. Center section is tight, and I could not get it to spin. Level bubble is intact. Box has dirt, is in rough condition with tearing, peeling, dirt, crushing, color loss, old smell, and scratches. I do not know how well this would actually function or clean up. Measures approx. 7" long Item was acquired from a local estate. It is AS FOUND/AS IS!! It has not been cleaned! Please view pics very carefully, they show actual condition and item.
