Description: Vintage Wales 4" Girl Figurine Bell with Spaghetti Trim Holding American Flag. Very sweet with lovely painted face. Approx. 4" tall x 2.75" wide at the base. Original sticker still inside the bell. Some small bits of damage and imperfections: a dark spot on her head (possibly an applied item is missing), a bump on her throat, some flaking gold stars on the flag, and a missing petal on the blue flower on the side of her dress.
