Description: Very interesting carving I purchased a few years ago from a family that had traveled extensively. This item thought to be from Africa. Interesting face with what looks to be a large headdress. The bottom is rough uneven cut and the figure is not stable to stand without a small shim. Otherwise the bottom could be trimmed or sanded but I wouldn't to an original piece like this, 11.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide at the widest. Nice looking carving.
