Well these are very easy to use, just open the pin holder back just a little (I use my needle nose pliers or a putty knife to open it but be careful not to be to rough as it could break. Now place the pin in between, take a pair of regular pliers (no teeth preferred) and squeeze gently until closed. Now you just repaired a piece that can have life again.
