Fully tested and works great! I will include both bulbs with light, but bulbs are a bonus & can’t guarantee safe arrival. Paint shows light scratches & scuffs. Couple minor dents. The Dazor makers markings has come off over time. Cord is in good working order. Includes both clamps & ready to use! Shipping cost is due to size, weight and how fragile the item is.
