Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage it is missing the cover it has tape repair on the first page writing on the first page the centerfold is detached from one staple there is staining on the first page or two but the rest look pretty nice and other defects. I would call it around a 0.5 pr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
