WORKING! - SNK Neo Geo MVS 4-Slot JAMMA Arcade Circuit Board PCB Motherboard

Description: NEO-MVH MV4FT2 This was pulled from an MVS cabinet that hasn’t been used in years I have a Supergun from AliExpress and I tested the unit with what I understand and the board appears to be working in great condition The only physical blemish on mobo is one of the clips for one of the IDE-like ribbon cable ports is missing, but I’m not sure if anything would ever need to plug into that port, see pic#15 Turning the 1st dip switch on I went through the Test Mode and everything appears to have passed I’m using an RGB to SCART cable going to a Retrotink 5X and the video output looks very good I tried all 4 cartridge slots and all of them boot up games just fine I was not able to figure out how to select between games if multiple games are inserted at the same time but I believe that has something to do with how the JAMMA harness is wired to the Supergun and I couldn’t figure it out Lastly, I noticed that a controller plugged into Player 1 on the mobo wasn’t able to hit Select to add coins to play, I had to also hook up a controller to Player 1 on the Supergun just to add coins, at that point either controller was able to control the game for play. I’m happy to test out anything else you would like with this mobo or ask me what questions you have and I’ll do my best to answer. Thanks for looking 😃
