Description: Two knives being offered here for one bid. Made in France. The stainless steel boning knife looks barely used. Measures about 9.25” OAL. The straight and sharp blade looks full, approx 5”. The French markings are clear, on the blade and handle. Everything is tight and proper. Held w/ 3 brass cutler’s pins. No cracks. The other knife is a carbon steel knife, bolstered, all integral, showing moderate use. It is about 11.5” OAL. It has a 7.5” blade, stylish long clip, yataghan profile. It is nicely sharpened. There are some old pitting scars. It is part of the Elephant line and has just enough (of the logo) to make out stamped on the front handle slab. Please examine the photos, part of this description.
