Description: Description This 650mm scale guitar has a solid American cedar top and solid Madagascar rosewood back and sides. The neck is made of Cedro, the fingerboard is ebony, and the bridge is made of Madagascar rosewood. The entire body is coated with shellac, and the inside of the body visible from the sound hole is also coated with paint. There are some shallow dents/press marks on the body. There are some streaks of a different color on the 6th string side of the body top, but these seem to be natural streaks in the wood. However, when looking at the body top from the inside in a mirror, you can see that the streaks have been reinforced with a glue-like material, probably because wood cracks are likely to occur from these streaks. (The same is done on the areas that are subject to bookmatching.) There are no visible steps at this time, so it seems that the cracked parts of the wood were reinforced before they cracked, rather than repaired. The neck is currently in good condition. The string height at the 12th fret is approximately 3.5mm for the 6th string and 2.5mm for the 1st string, which is a standard height for a classical guitar. A semi-hard case is included.
